At Aquaria Salon & Spa we strive to provide excellent service to our guests AND competitive pay and a good atmosphere for guests and service providers alike. Last minute cancellations and no-show appointments prevent us from being able to accommodate other guests and lowers the service providers commissions. All online bookings require a 50% deposit to reserve an appointment. All call or walk in guests are asked to put a card on file to reserve an appointment. The card on file is not charged at the time of booking and guests can use a different form of payment at their appointment. Any guest who does not give proper notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service for the first occurrence and 100% for the second occurrence. Additionally, any guest that cancels or reschedules without the proper notice more than 2 times will not be able to schedule appointments in advance. Aquaria uses an automated service to send out email and text message confirmations 2 days before your scheduled services and the day of your scheduled services. However, you are responsible remembering the appointments scheduled and for calling and canceling at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled services. Any guest more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled services may be asked to reschedule & pay the 50% service fee.
